This is one of my favorite Facebook marketing tips. Website Custom Audiences (WCA) allows you to create Facebook ads that target people who have previously visited your website.
How cool is this?
You can now target people who may not be a Facebook fan or an offline customer, but who visited your website. Furthermore, you can target only those who visited a specific page on your website — say for example, people who have visited your landing page 30 days ago.
How To Create A Website Custom Audience
Step 1. Open Facebook within the Google Chrome browser.
Step 2. Go to Power Editor, click on “Manage Ads” and select “Audiences”.
Step 3. Next, click the “Create Audience” tab and select “Custom Audience”.
Step 4. You’ll be given a dialog that looks like this…
