The topic of today’s interview is Capital Raising and my amazing guest is investor and corporate advisor Jarred Rubin from Australia.
Jarred is a Founding Partner of K2 Capital Group, a boutique corporate advisory and investment company. K2 Capital Group specializes in assisting small to medium enterprises with capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and exit strategies.
Jarred’s role as a Sales Trader in Institutional Equities at Macquarie Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, saw him involved in billions of dollars’ worth of transactions. This included advising and executing with major mutual, pension, superannuation and hedge funds around the globe.
Using the knowledge learnt from his banking experience, Jarred has been a successful investor, investing in publicly listed companies around the world and private companies within Australia.
Jarred currently sits on the advisory board of a number of Australian based businesses and was recently named as one of Anthill’s 30 Under 30 for 2013.
